Benoît Bitschnau

Benoit Bitschnau has been a financial consultant since 1997. He used to work with Credit Suisse Asset Management in Zurich and Geneva where he focused on institutional investors and was in particular responsible for performance analysis and reporting.

From 1990 to 1994, he was a corporate auditor with a multinational company and as such responsible for financial and operational audits of the company's European branches.

Mr. Bitschnau obtained a Degree in Economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC) in 1989, and has followed the M.Sc. program in finance from the Institute of Banking and Finance of the University of Lausanne (1995).

 

Antoine Dijkstra

Member of the Board of Directors

Antoine Dijkstra has been a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns International in London since 2006. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board at Brink’s NV and a member of the Board of the Trustfund of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Between 2000 and 2006, he was a member of the Managing Board of NIB Capital NV with responsibility for the Strategic Business Units Financial Markets, Real Estate Markets and Investment Management. He is also former member of the Board of Harcourt Investment Consulting.

Mr. Dijkstra graduated in Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed his doctorates at the same institution.

 

Kurt A. Lambert

President of the Board of Directors

Dr. Kurt A. Lambert is a co-founder and President of the Board of Zegora.
In 1997, he founded Harcourt Investment Consulting which is a provider of Hedge Fund products and services managing in excess of USD 3 billion as of March 2006. Dr. Lambert is no longer active in the firm having sold the majority of his participation. Prior to founding Harcourt, Dr. Lambert worked at Bank Leu and Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS). He completed his doctoral studies in Economics at the University of Lausanne in 1995, and has an undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, New York and a MA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Lambert is a member of the Advisory Board of the FTSE Hedge Fund Index. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Africa Foundation (www.africafoundation.org) as well as President of the Board of Trustees of the Zegora Foundation.

 

Silvio Mattanza

Managing Director

Prior to joining Zegora, Silvio Mattanza spent 4 years at Accenture, a US based provider of consulting and outsourcing services.

He initially participated in technology consulting projects at various financial institutions and later specialized in the management of outsourcing contracts with particular focus on offshore outsourcing of finance and administration processes.

Mr. Mattanza studied law at the University of Zurich and the University of Westminster in London.
